Update
We will be forcing the reporting platform down so that the available resources can be increased. We expect reporting to be back up in 30 minutes and expect to see the performance begin to improve from there.

We are aware of issues accessing reports and the data contained within for those placed on our Standard and Restricted/US Instances.
We have a ticket opened at the highest priority with the upstream group powering this functionality, and we will deliver any updates as soon as we have them.
